Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier
Hot weather may affect product texture during transit — if your order arrives warm or softened, allow it to cool at room temperature before use
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and product

EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept returns. We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchanges are available for unopened, unused products in original condition only
Used or opened products are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances
Exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the product was received damaged or defective

All sales are final on opened or used products. No exceptions.

WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS

Wholesale accounts are available to approved retailers, tack shops, farrier supply stores, and equine professionals
Wholesale applications require submission of business name, contact information, EIN, and valid resale certificate
Online wholesale orders require a minimum order of $500 per order
Wholesale orders below $500 must be placed by contacting us directly at horsepowerequineproducts@gmail.com
Wholesale pricing is available to approved accounts only and is not transferable
We reserve the right to revoke wholesale account status at any time
Wholesale customers with valid resale certificates are responsible for collecting and remitting applicable sales tax in their jurisdiction
